riize in são paulo

hey! i've decided to write about my experience related to riize in brazil so i won't eventually forget about it. it was a really cool and amazing experience!

the noite 18/03

a friend of mine asked if i wanted to be part of riize's audience for a talk show while they were in brazil, and i obviously said yes ◕⩊◕ although i was a bit nervous about being on national television, i'm glad i didn't back out because it was indeed a new and good experience!!!

we arrived at the tv station at 12:50pm, and there were a lot of people there (and surprisingly, i knew some of them as well). an hour later, they explained how it would work and gave us some snacks. as a vegetarian, i obviously had to eat plain bread because it had ham on it - but it was fine, it satisfied my huger for a few hous, so i can't exactly complain as i was a minority LOL

i'm not sure how many hours we spent there recording because they took our phones, as it was prohibited, but it felt like a lot. i have nothing to say about danilo gentili, so i'll jump straight to riize. they are reaaaaally handsome and i was surprised the most with shotaro: i was struck by his beauty. i won't lie and pretend i didn't spend a lot of time staring at anton (i mean. he's my favorite) and admiring how cute and pretty he is. we were also closer than i expected, which caught me off guard because i never thought i would ever see him up close.

unfortunately, some things were cut from the original recording but it was still pretty funny! i feel like they were really relaxed since there were lots of fans there (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶) and in my opinion, that helped them feel at ease. that's a relief since it was their first time here and i wanted them to have a good experience.

i obviously didn't expect any interactions since we were, literally, in a tv recording, but i still managed to interact with shotaro, and i can't not talk about it... when danilo asked for their opinions about being in brazil, after shotaro spoke, i clapped in brazilian sign language and he mimicked me?? and since i was caught off guard i clicked my nails towards him and he did it again it was SO cute... baby...

anton needed to sing "águas de março" again near the end so the other members were enjoying the birthday sweets the talk show provided for them. since they weren't being filmed, if felt like they were acting like themselves without being cautious. when everything finished, they came by us and said thank you, which was so cute!!! anton then asked us if we would see them the next day (for their side show concert) and said "see you tomorrow!!!" in such an adorable way that i simply can't forget about it ;;;;;; he is so so cute;;;;;;; (╥ᴗ╥)

to sum up: they are charismatic and handsome. i went home obsessed with anton, just like i was back in 2023. it was extremely tiring and the tv station was so fucking far from home that i slept like a baby until midnight - because the episode would air the same day. unfortunately for me, i appeared a LOT since the camera was in front of me the whole time T________T if you are interest in checking out you can watch it here (there's still no eng subs tho;;)!

side show 19/03

since the beginning, i knew i didn't want to line up early, but i still went there with a friend at 3PM, and i kind of regret it because it poured the whole day. being under the rain before a concert is humiliating. at least i was with my friends, so it wasn't that bad! since i like riize a normal amount i wasn't anxious (as i always am if it's a nct concert i'm attending) and i was just bored and sleepy because i was still tired from the day before. i was planning to record a youtube vlog as i always do, but it was raining so bad that i just gave up completely. i don't even have proper photos from that day ദ്ദി ༎ຶ‿༎ຶ )

the concert was planned to start at 9PM and by 7PM we were already inside the venue. not gonna lie: i didn't expect to be so full since they didn't sell out the tickets but i was really glad!!! i brought my nct lightstick and it was so funny to see lots of them throughout the venue.

their setlist was the same as the one they previously performed at lollapalooza and it was so fun!! i still wanted them to sing honestly though..;;;;;;; since it was a simple side show, it was really short which was a bummer ˙◠˙ i think it was less than an hour and a half? but as always, the brazilian energy made up for it - they were all smiley and apparently happy while performing. what can i say? i love artists happy in my country

i didn't expect to end so soon because i was really enjoying it. it was a short but really fun concert. if they ever come back, i hope perform in a bigger venue and with a longer setlist!

beco do batman 28/03

while here, riize went to beco do batman and it became a hot topic since they visited an ice cream shop and painted a wall there - so i went there with my friends!!

we honestly just got the ice cream, took photos and left since there isn't nothing better to do there (at least to us, who lives in the city)

anyways it was really nice to have this experience with riize! i didn't attend lollapalooza but my friends told me it was great and i’m super happy for everyone. hopefully they will come back with a tour. hehe it was really funnnn i love being a fan and attending concerts and doing stuff with my friends ✧｡◝(ᵔᗜᵔ)◜✧*｡
